The staff, including Emre at reception, provided helpful advice on local attractions and transport. A few minor issues arose, such as the pool access confusion, where different staff members quoted varying prices for pool amenities, which left me puzzled. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay, but clearer communication from the spa staff would improve the experience.
